Overview
If this is your first time logging in on the device, navigate to the WiFi settings, choose AU Student, and enter the password GoEagles. Your device is now connected to our local network with an IP address, but will be unable to connect to most services until registered on connect.asbury.edu.
Once the device is connected, follow the steps below for your specific device. Once you have your IP address, you can register your device by loading the connect.asbury.edu page in a web browser on a second device and entering the device information there.

Step 1: Download the Amazon Alexa app to your phone or computer and sign in with your Amazon account.
Step 2: Connect to the wireless network transmitted by your Echo device.
Step 3: The wireless MAC address for your Echo can be found at the bottom of the Echo Setup screen in the Alexa app.
Step 1: From the Home screen, select Settings.
Step 2: Select My Fire TV.
Step 3: Select About.
Step 4: Select Network. Your IP Address should be on the right side of the screen.
Step 1: Pull down the notifications menu and tap on the gear icon in the top right to open the Settings app.
Step 2: Tap on Connections.
Step 3: Tap on Wi-Fi (Note: Tap on the word itself, not the on/off switch).
Step 4: Make sure your Wi-Fi is on. If you aren't already, connect to AU Student (or, if you are a faculty or staff member, AU Wireless).
Step 5: Tap on the gear icon next to AU Student.
Step 6: Tap on View More. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen, and at the bottom you will find your IP Address.
Step 1: Open the Settings app and select Wi-Fi. If you aren't already, connect to AU Student (or, if you are a faculty or staff member, AU Wireless).
Step 2: Tap on the blue "i" icon to the right side of the connected network. Under the IPv4 Address section, you should see the IP Address listed.
Note: if you are on iOS 14, make sure to turn off the "Private Address" setting, as it can interfere with your connectivity to Asbury's network.
Step 1: From the Home screen, select Settings.
Step 2: Select Network.
Step 3: Under the Status section, you can find your IP Address.
Step 1: Open the Google Home app.
Step 2: Select your device.
Step 3: Select Settings.
Step 4: Select Device information.
Step 5: Under Technical information, you should be able to find your MAC Address.
Step 1: From the Dashboard, navigate to settings.
Step 2: Select System.
Step 3: Select Network Settings.
Step 4: Select either Wired or Wireless depending on your device's connection (if you are connected via Wi-Fi, select Wireless).
Step 5: Select Configure Network. You should see your IP address under Basic Settings.
Step 1: Open the Menu screen.
Step 2: Select Settings.
Step 3: Select Network.
Step 4: Select Advanced settings. Your IP Address should appear on the right side of this screen.
Step 1: From the Home menu, select Wii.
Step 2: Select Wii Settings.
Step 3: Select Internet.
Step 4: Select Console Information. From here, you can see your device's IP Address.
Step 1: From the Home Menu, select System Settings.
Step 2: Scroll down to Internet.
Step 3: You should be able to see your IP Address on the right side of the screen.
Step 1: From your home screen, click on Settings.
Step 2: Select Network from the menu options.
Step 3: Go to the bottom right of your screen and click on View Connection Status.
Step 4: You will find your IP address listed in the main section.
Step 1: Open System Preferences.
Step 2: Click Network
Step 3: Select the Wi-Fi tab and look under Status. If you are connected to a wi-fi network, your IP address will be listed.
Step 1: Select Start > Settings > Network & internet > Wi-Fi
Step 2: Select the Wi-Fi network you're connected to.
Step 3: Under Properties, look for your IP address listed next to IPv4 address.
Step 1: From the Roku main menu, move down to the settings.
Step 2: Search for the networking option.
Step 3: Under that submenu, find About. There, you'll find your Roku's IP address and other useful network information about your device.
