Overview
This how-to solution shows how you can add the Microsoft Authenticator App for use as a multi-factor authentication method for your Asbury account.

Instructions
1) Visit myprofile.microsoft.com and login using your Asbury account credentials.
2) Under 'Security info" click "Update Info'

3) Click 'Add Method'

4) Select the 'Authenticator App' option from the drop-down menu and click 'Add'

5) Follow the on-screen instructions to install the app and configure it.
a. Download the Microsoft Authenticator App for your device: Apple iOS | Android

b. Open the Authenticator app and enable notifications. Then add an account and select 'Work or School.'

c. Click 'Next' in the browser window and press "Scan QR code" on your smartphone. Scan the QR code using your smartphone. Your phone will be registered as a MFA device so that you can use the Authenticator app to confirm your identity.

d. Click 'Next.' You will be promoted to approve a test MFA notifcation on your smartphone. Approve the notification and click 'Next' in your browser.

6) Your smartphone is now registered to use the Microsoft Authenticator App as an MFA method! Whenever you sign-in to a new device, you can now open the Microsoft Authenticator smartphone app to confirm your identity.
