Overview
If you need to change your account settings or troubleshooting a problem with your account, Microsoft provides a number of services to self-manage your account. The "My Signins" and "My Account" pages are web services for changing and viewing account details.
My Sign-Ins
On the My Sign-Ins Page, users can view recent logins and activity on their account. This page can be useful for checking both unauthorized attempts to access your account or for troubleshooting accidental log-in attempts from, email clients and other services connected to your Microsoft account.

My Account
The My Account page is where you can access all the settings associated to your Microsoft account. Including your security info, passwords, settings, sign-ins, and Office 365 software downloads.
Managing Connected Devices
Also from the "My Account" page, you can manage devices connected to your Microsoft account. To do this, Click "Manage Devices" under the Devices header. Next, you will see a list of devices currently signed into your account. From here you can remove any unauthorized, lost, or unused devices and they will be disabled from using your account.
Please note: Some login locations listed by Microsoft may be inaccurate depending on your network configuration. Please use Operating system, Browser, and time of day to help determine if login attempts are malicious.
