Who can receive an Asbury ID?
Asbury IDs are available to students; faculty; staff; family of students, faculty, and staff; community members; alumni; and retired faculty and staff members.
What are IDs for?
Anyone with an Asbury ID can use it as an official form of identification, like a driver's license. All valid IDs also allow the owner to check out books from the Kinlaw Library and to access the Luce Center. Students can use their IDs to access their dorm buildings and to store meal swipes and Eagle Bucks. Faculty and staff can use it to check out library books or to gain access to certain areas on campus.
Where can I receive an ID?
Asbury IDs are printed at Asbury's Information Technology Office in KL 131, which is on the first floor of the Kinlaw Library.

What are the requirements for an ID?
Asbury IDs are official identification cards, so they cannot contain hats, sunglasses, or anything else that could obscure the face unless previously approved by the Service Desk Manager or Residence Life. You must show a legal ID, such as a driver's license, passport, or previous intact Asbury ID, in order to be issued a new one. Minors can receive family or community member cards with no identification so long as a parent is present. Students who are minors must still present proof of identification to receive a student card.
