This document will explain valid reasons for a print refund, and how to request a print refund.


Reasons for Requesting a Refund

  • Bad Print (Toner is faded)
  • Missing Pages
  • Document Printed in Color when it should be Black & White (or vice-versa)

Submitting a print refund request


Log in to print.asbury.edu, using your Asbury credentials. On the right hand side, select "Recent Print Jobs". Take a screenshot of the specific jobs that you would like a refund for. Then send an email to ITServices@asbury.edu with the screenshots and the reason for the refund. 


The Service Desk will contact you with either addition questions or to inform you that the refund has been applied.
